Sun lounge/Office:

 

The sun lounge (2.96m x 2.56m/9ft 8" x 8' 5") is currently used as an office. However this room with sliding patio doors opening out to the garden could be used as a dining room, extra sitting room, playroom or even a spare bedroom.

 

This room connects to the garage which contains washing machine, tumble dryer and the central heating gas boiler. The garage also has hot and cold water taps and RCD extended electrical sockets to just beside the outer garage door - useful for car washing ,etc.
